I've got the first draft of the Park Safari map and park list completed. To see the Google Map, click here or see below. Right now, it's 13 parks, and about 26 miles. In the coming weeks, I will double-check the route, cross-reference it with bike boulevard and bike lane maps, and scout a few major intersections and tricky road crossings on the bike to ensure it's smooth sailing. We will be crossing I-84 twice and 82nd Ave a few times.
You might be wondering why the parks are so far away from the start and end points. That's because we're working from my house, and because in 2008 and 2009, we did a Park Safari closer to home. Next year will be inner southeast, then in 2012, the southwest hills.
Note that the map has TWO PAGES. It appears to cut off at Mt Tabor. Click the second page to see the rest of the trip.
