Last week was Chicken Spinach Lasagna, which lasted quite a few days afterwards since only one person came over. It was quite delish nonetheless. This week, it'll be Lentil & Pepper Pie. I made two pies last night, froze one and the other is in the fridge waiting to be cooked. Yummy!
